Proceed with caution. You do not need to stop unless pedestrians or hazards are present in the intersection.

Unprotected left turns are allowed. You may turn left after yielding to oncoming traffic and pedestrians crossing the street.

Flashing Upraised Hand signal indicates pedestrians should finish crossing if already in the crosswalk, but not start crossing.

Treat the flashing red signal exactly like a STOP sign: come to a complete stop, yield to cross traffic and pedestrians, then proceed when safe.

Illuminated white walking person indicates pedestrians have right-of-way to begin crossing the street in the designated crosswalk.
